• மாணவர் சேர்க்கைக்கான தகவல்கள் கீழே தரப்பட்டுள்ளன.
• மாணவர் சேர்க்கைக்கான வழிமுறைகள் (2023-2024) - இணையம் வழியாக மட்டுமே மாணவர் சேர்க்கை நடைபெறும்.
• பட்டப்படிப்பிற்குரிய அனைத்து விண்ணப்பங்களும் இணைய வழியில் மட்டுமே பதிவு செய்ய இயலும்.
• அனைத்து மாணவர்களும் விண்ணப்பிப்பதற்குரிய நடைமுறைகளை விண்ணப்பிப்பதற்கு முன் ஒருமுறை நன்றாக படித்து தெரிந்து கொண்டு பின் பூர்த்தி செய்யும்படி அன்புடன் கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறோம்.
• தவறுதலான தகவல்களோடும், போதுமான தகவல்கள் இல்லாமல் வரும் விண்ணப்பங்கள் ஏற்றுக் கொள்ளப்படமாட்டாது.
• கல்லூரியில் சேர்வதற்கு நன்கொடை ஏதும் பெறப்படுவதில்லை. கல்லூரியின் நற்பெயருக்குக் களங்கம் ஏற்படுத்தும் வண்ணம் யாராவது உங்களிடம் நன்கொடை என்ற பெயரில் பணமோ, பொருளோ கேட்டால் அதை உடனே கல்லூரி முதல்வரின் கவனத்திற்குக் கொண்டு வருமாறு அன்புடன் கேட்டுக் கொள்கிறோம்.
• மதிப்பெண்களின் அடிப்படையில் மாணவர் சேர்க்கை நடைபெறும்.
• இணையதளச் சேர்க்கைப் படிவத்தைப் பூர்த்தி செய்து அனுப்பியது, கல்லூரியில் சேர்த்துக்கொள்ளப்பட்டதாகப் பொருளாகாது.
• அரசு உதவி பெறும் மற்றும் அரசு உதவி பெறாத இளநிலை பாடப்பிரிவுகளுக்கு விண்ணப்பப் படிவக் கட்டணம் ரூ.50/- மட்டும்.
• அரசு உதவி பெறும் மற்றும் அரசு உதவி பெறாத முதுநிலை பாடப்பிரிவுகளுக்கு விண்ணப்பப் படிவக் கட்டணம் ரூ.60/- மட்டும்
• இணையதள செயலாக்கக் கட்டணம் ரூ.150/- மட்டும்
• மாணவர் விண்ணப்பப் படிவக் கட்டணத்தை செலுத்திய பின்பு தான் எந்த ஒரு பாடப்பிரிவுக்கும் விண்ணப்பிக்க முடியும்.
• விண்ணப்பப் படிவக் கட்டணம் எக்காரணத்தைக் கொண்டும் திருப்பித்தரப்பட மாட்டாது. பதிவிற்கான கட்டணமாக மட்டுமே அது எடுத்துக்கொள்ள வேண்டும்.
• மதிப்பெண் சான்றிதழ் நகலை பதிவேற்றம் செய்யவேண்டும்
• சரியான பாடத்தை தேர்ந்தெடுத்தது, அரசு உதவி பெறும் மற்றும் அரசு உதவி பெறா பாடப்பிரிவுகள் எப்பிரிவைச் சேர்ந்தது என்பதை மாணவர் தெரிந்து கொள்ளவேண்டும்
• பணம் செலுத்துவோரின் பிந்தைய பயன்பாட்டிற்காக இவ்வனைத்தையும் குறித்து வைத்துக் கொள்ளுதல் அவசியம்.
• பூர்த்தி செய்த விண்ணப்பத்தை மாணவர் Online மூலமாகவே பதிவு (Registration) செய்யவேண்டும். நேரிலோ தபால் மூலமோ கல்லூரிக்கு அனுப்புதல் கூடாது.
• தேர்வு முடிவுகள் வெளியான பத்து தினங்களுக்குள் மாணவர் பதிவு (Submit) செய்திடல் வேண்டும்.
• பின்னர் செய்யப்படும் விண்ணப்பம், தாமத விண்ணப்பமாகவே (Late Registration) கருதப்படும்
• கல்லூரித் தேர்வுக்குழு தற்காலிகமாகத் தேர்வு செய்யப்பட்டிருக்கும் மாணவர்களின் பட்டியலை முடிவு செய்யும். பின்னர் தேர்வுக்குரியவர்களுக்கு நேர்காணல் தேதி பற்றிய விபரங்கள் கைபேசி மூலமாக அனுப்பப்படும்
• தேவையான அசல் ஆவணங்கள் மற்றும் இணையதளத்தில் சமர்ப்பித்த சேர்க்கைப் படிவத்தின் நகல் ஆகியவற்றோடு கல்லூரி முதல்வர் அவர்களை பெற்றோரோடு வந்து சந்திக்க வேண்டும்.
• குறிப்பிட்ட நாள் மற்று நேரத்தில் தவறாமல் கல்லூரிக்கு வர வேண்டும். தவறும் பட்சத்தில் அடுத்த இடத்தில் உள்ள விண்ணப்பதாரர் விண்ணப்பம் சேர்க்கப்படும்.
• கல்லூரியின் மாணவர்கள் சேர்க்கையின் போது
  • சான்றிதழ் - UG - பிளஸ் 1 மற்றும் பிளஸ் 2 (+1, +2)
  • மதிப்பெண் சான்றிதழ் - PG - (தொகுக்கப்பட்ட 6th செமஸ்டர்)
  • ஒப்புதல் படிவம் (Acknowledgement Receipt given by College)
  • சாதிச் சான்றிதழ்
  • பாஸ்போர்ட் நிழற்படம்: 2 (Recent Passport Size Photo)
  • தேவையான சான்றாதரங்களுடன் கூடிய சான்றிதழ்களுடன் மாற்றுத்திறனாளிகள், முன்னாள் இராணுவத்தினரின் மகன்/மகள், விளையாட்டுத் துறையில் பங்கேற்ற விளையாட்டு வீரர்கள், பள்ளியின் தேசிய மாணவர் படை தேசியத் தொண்டு இயக்க மாணவர்கள் சான்றிதழ்களுடன் சமர்ப்பிக்க வேண்டும்.

• நேர்க்காணலுக்கு சான்றிதழ் கொண்டு வராத விண்ணப்பதாரரின் மாணவர் சேர்க்கை ஏற்றுக் கொள்ளப்படாது.
• நேர்காணல் அன்று அனைத்து மூலச் சான்றிதழ்களுடன் மூன்று நகல் பிரதிகள் தரப்படவேண்டும்.

Information regarding Student admission is given below:

1. Student Admission Procedures (2023-2024) – Admissions are done only online (via Internet only).
2. Applications for any graduation (UG) can only be registered online.
3. We kindly request all the students to read the application procedure thoroughly once before applying so that you can complete the application procedures correctly
4. Applications received with incorrect information and without sufficient information will be duly rejected.
5. No donations will be accepted for admission to the college. We kindly request that if anyone asks for money or material in the name of donation to tarnish the reputation of the College, it should be immediately brought to the attention of the Principal of the College.
6. Student admission is purely merit based.
7. Completing and submitting the application form in the website does not mean that your admission is confirmed.
8. Application Form fee for government aided and unaided undergraduate courses is only Rs.50/ -.
9. Application Form fee for government aided and unaided postgraduate courses is only Rs. 60/ -
10. Online Processing Fees Rs.150/- for all courses
11. The student will be able to apply for eligible course only after paying the application form fee.
12. The application form fee will not be refunded for any reason. It is considered the application form fee.
13. The students should upload the Plus Two Mark Statement copy
14. The student should ensure that he/she has selected the right course of his/her choice and the mode of the course (ie) either the government aided or unaided courses.
15. Kindly save all the above details for future reference
16. Application should be submitted online only. Submitting the filled in application directly or by post is not entertained
17. The student must submit the application within ten days of the publication of the examination results.
18. Subsequent application will be considered as Late Registration
19. The College Selection Committee will decide on the provisional list of selected candidates. Date of Interview will be intimated to the candidates through Mobile.
20. The Student along with the parents should meet the College Principal. They should bring the required original documents and a copy of the admission form submitted on the website.
21. The student along with the parents must come to college on the date allocated for them for the interview. If they failed to come, the next applicant in the list will be added to the selection list.
22. During the admission, students should bring
    1. Score Certificate – (for UG) - Plus 1 and Plus 2 (+1, +2)
    2. Score Certificate – (for PG )- (Compiled 6th Semester)
    3. Acknowledgment Form (Acknowledgment Receipt given by College)
    4. Community Certificate
    5. Recent Passport Size Photo : 2
    6. Students who are Differently-abled, son / daughter of ex-servicemen, athletes participating in sports, National Student Corps National Charity Movement submit the respective certificates with the required credentials.
    7. Aadhar Card
23. Admission is denied for the applicant who fails to bring all the above said certificates to the interview
24. All the original certificates along with three copies of them should be submitted on the day of interview.
