V.O. Chidambaram College has been in the forefront imparting high quality education for six decades since 1951 and is one among the top colleges in the state of TamilNadu. State of the art infrastructure in all branches, dedicated and qualified staff, highly conducive environment for teaching-learning process and a lush green campus are the hallmarks of this professionally managed institution. Our College offers fifty six enterprising courses from humanities to commerce, mathematics to sciences that are in vogue in the present scenario. Our College is having NAAC Accreditation for the last 3 terms. We have accredited by NAAC with A Grade for the past 3 cycles, in 2004, 2011 with CGPA of 3.22 and 2017 with a CGPA of 3.31.

Our College has state of the art technology in all the offered courses in bench mark with leading institutions. Keeping in pace with the technological advancement learning and teaching methods have been enhanced and updated frequently. Our College has signed many MOU’s and striving hard to bridge the gap between Industries & Institute, to foster effective interaction between Industry and Institute to impart meaningful education and to promote industrial consultancy & entrepreneurship.
