Department of English (Un-Aided)
The Department of English Un-aided, established in 2018, has been teaching English Literature at undergraduate level. It has a vibrant team of faculty members who are actively involved in imparting knowledge through teaching, researching, presenting and publishing papers, editing periodicals and serving as resource persons in conferences. The aided department has a well-equipped language laboratory to teach communication skills. The students of the department have proved their excellence in various fields: academia, cultural activities, and competitive examinations.

- To establish a counselling and career guidance centre
- To become a resource centre for English Language Teaching for the neighbourhood

- To apply for major and minor projects.
- To start a research journal on English Language and Literature.
- To organize national and international conferences funded by UGC.
- To conduct workshops on English for Specific Purposes (ESP).
- To set up an exclusive library for the department with a huge collection of latest books and journals on English Literarture and Language Teaching
